This traditional restaurant, Kyogoku Kaneya, has been loved by locals throughout the years for its homemade eel cuisine. The building itself was built more than 100 years ago and has been operating in the same place since then. You won't pass by this place because you'll recognize the delicious and savory smell of eel cooking. The aesthetic garden can be seen from the window inside, which will most definitely impress you. The popular dish, Kinshi-don which is a rice bowl with cooked eel and thin cooked egg roll, is pleasant for not only your stomach but your eyes too.
