The delicious and warming "Saga Gozen" (1,980 yen) comes with yuba.

Carefully selected soy beans are boiled, and the soy milk is separated by concentration to then make tofu, yuba, and deep fried thinly sliced tofu.

'Yuba Donuts" (200 yen): delicious whether fresh-baked or chilled, you won't be able to resist the simplicity of the delicious tofu taste!
