Katayama Bunzaburo Shoten, opened in Kyoto in 1915, focuses on creating traditional Japanese tie-dye items.
While they continue to follow the conventional traditions of Shibori tie-dye techniques for kimono fabrics, Katayama Bunzaburo Shoten also has also taken on the challenge of producing more modern pieces.
