Togetsu Bridge

Most people instantly come to think of this bridge when they hear the name of "Arashiyama sightseeing". It is a popular target for photos. The current bridge, with a length of 155m and a width of 11m, was built in 1934.
Togetsu Bridge is a place where you also can experience the seasons. In spring, you have a nice view of the blooming cherry trees along the riverside. And half a year later, the mountainsides are burning with autumn colors.
