Make a Furin in Ueno! "Shinohara Maruyoshi Furin"

The "Furin" (wind chime) is a typical part of the Japanese summer.
Shinohara Maruyoshi Furin is a long-standing store that has been running since the Edo period.
It is one of only two remaining producers of wind chimes made of glass in Japan.

You can try making your own Furin from scratch. Do everything from blowing the glass to painting it; and you can take it with you home the same day. This is a very popular activity and the store has a large group of repeat customers.
